The AI Readiness Audit.
Five days. Five specific AI opportunities for your business. Real numbers, real effort estimates, real next steps. AED 6,500 — or AED 4,500 for the first ten clients this month.
5 days
Start to final walkthrough
5 opportunities
Prioritized with ROI + effort
90-day plan
Sequenced, costed, actionable
Most AI pitches are written by people who have never shipped.
The market is full of agencies selling AI transformation decks without a single production system behind them. We run our own SaaS products — CityFrame and Tuta — and advise from that lens. Every recommendation comes with the question an operator actually asks: what does this cost to run next year, and who maintains it?
You've been told AI will "transform" your business, without anyone naming the workflow.
Vendors quote the build and not the run cost — so the ROI math quietly falls apart at month four.
Someone's already tried ChatGPT informally; it half-worked and nobody knows why it stopped.
The opportunity list is 27 bullets long and nothing has an owner, a number, or a date.
A deliverable you could hand to your board.
Every engagement produces the same seven artifacts. No vague "AI strategy," no 80-page appendices that nobody opens.
3 stakeholder interviews
Scheduled with the people who actually touch the workflow — not just the people who sign the cheque.
Workflow + data readiness audit
We map how the work runs today and what data exists — the prerequisite most vendors skip.
5 prioritized AI opportunities
Each with a ROI estimate, effort estimate, and the failure modes you should expect.
90-day roadmap
Sequenced so the first win lands fast and funds the rest. No big-bang rollouts.
Production cost modeling
Token, inference, and tooling costs per opportunity. What it costs to run, not just to build.
12–15 page PDF deliverable
Written for an operator, not a tech audience. Something you can hand to your board or bank.
60-minute walkthrough call
We walk you through the findings, answer everything, and help you choose the first move.
One working week, start to final walkthrough.
Tight by design. Five days is enough to do real work and short enough that the team you interview on Tuesday is still thinking about it on Friday.
Day 1
Discovery
Kickoff call, access handoff, and a first pass through your existing data, tools, and workflows.
Day 2
Interviews
Three structured sessions with the people running the workflow — we listen, you keep working.
Day 3
Opportunity shaping
We turn raw pain into five concrete AI opportunities, each with a rough build and run cost.
Day 4
Scoring + prioritization
ROI vs. effort scoring, sequencing, and the honest list of what not to do yet.
Day 5
Delivery
Final PDF, 60-minute walkthrough, and a 90-day plan you can take to any team — ours or yours.
Honest filter — before either of us wastes a week.
Good fit
- SMEs or growing businesses (AED 5M+ revenue) with a specific operational pain
- Real estate, e-commerce, professional services, F&B, or logistics
- Existing data and documented processes we can actually work with
- An executive sponsor who can commit five days of the right people's time
Not a fit
- Pre-revenue startups looking for a go-to-market thesis
- Companies shopping for a "general AI strategy" without a real workflow pain
- Businesses with no existing data, processes, or systems to observe
- Teams that need to get three more committees to agree before moving
Same deliverable. Two prices.
Launch pricing exists because we want three published engagements this month — not because we cut corners on three clients.

See exactly what you'd receive.
A real audit we ran on our own business — same structure, same depth, same format a client would receive. Read it before you book.
The questions every serious buyer asks.
Still have one we haven't answered? Reach out — we answer personally, not through a form bot.
01How do we know AI won't replace our team?
The audit is built to cut loss, duplication, and low-leverage work — not headcount. In every workflow we've audited, the real unlock is giving existing people more throughput, not replacing them. If we see a genuine headcount story, we say so; we don't bury it.
02What about data privacy and PDPL compliance?
We flag each opportunity with the data it needs, where that data lives, and the compliance posture (UAE PDPL, DIFC DPL, sector-specific rules). If a workflow can't be built without sending data somewhere you don't control, we tell you at scoring, not after you've committed.
03What if we've already tried ChatGPT and it didn't work?
Informal ChatGPT use failing is usually a workflow problem, not an AI problem. The audit's job is to separate the two: where the tech actually isn't ready, where your process is the bottleneck, and where a 3-line system prompt would have fixed it.
04What does the AI cost to run in production once built?
Every opportunity gets a running cost estimate: inference, tooling, and human review. For most of the workflows we see, running cost is far below agent time saved — but not always. We'd rather show you the unprofitable ones at scoring than six months in.
05Can you show an example of the output?
Yes — there's a redacted sample deliverable for a fictional Dubai real estate brokerage on the sample page. Same structure, same depth, same format you'd receive. Real client versions are under NDA and not public.
06What happens after the audit — do we have to work with Mudarie?
No. The deliverable is written so any competent team can execute it. If you want us to build one of the opportunities, we'll quote it separately. If you'd rather run it in-house or with another vendor, the audit still stands on its own.
Start the audit this week.
We run a maximum of three audits a month — capacity this April is already half-booked. Submit the intake and we'll reply within 24 hours to confirm the kickoff.
